Yna caiff cynnydd y plentyn ei fonitro'n rheolaidd gan yr athro dosbarth. Gall yr athro dosbarth ddefnyddio cynorthwywyr dysgu i gynorthwyo dysgu\u2019r plentyn yn y dosbarth, neu drwy gynnal ymyrraeth dosbarth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3>Cam Dau<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os nad yw dysgwr yn datblygu yn \u00f4l y disgwyl, mae\u2019n bosibl y bydd angen ymyraethau wedi\u2019u targedu i ategu addysgu gwahaniaethol, a hynny er mwyn mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 meysydd angen penodol. Mae hyn yn elfen sylfaenol o addysgu ansawdd uchel, arferol. Bydd cyfuniad o addysgu ansawdd uchel gydag ymyraethau effeithiol, byr, am gyfnod penodol, yn ddigon i\u2019r rhan fwyaf o ddysgwyr ddatblygu yn unol \u00e2\u2019u potensial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os bydd cynnydd yn parhau\u2019n araf mewn perthynas \u00e2 gallu\u2019r plentyn, gall athro dosbarth gyfeirio\u2019r dysgwr at D\u00eem Cefnogi Dysgu'r ysgol. Bydd y T\u00eem Cefnogi Dysgu yn cynllunio ymyraethau addas er mwyn ymateb i\u2019r meysydd penodol sydd yn peri pryder, yna, bydd sesiynau\u2019n cael eu hamserlennu er mwyn cynorthwyo dysgu\u2019r plentyn (e.e., sesiynau Dysgu Dwys un i un, neu waith gr\u0175p). Mae\u2019n bosib y bydd dysgwyr o\u2019r fath yn cael eu hamlygu\u2019n rhai sydd ag Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY) a bydd angen i\u2019r ysgol gymryd rhai camau ychwanegol neu wahanol i sicrhau cynnydd.
