Our Community Hub

We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new community hub, Y Nyth (‘The Nest’).

As a school we strive to be at the heart of the community. Our aim is to develop collaborative skills to enable effective contribution to our local community, and the wider world. We are also committed to developing relationships based on mutual trust and support. 

Throughout the school year, there will be many opportunities to get involved with the hub, including: 

• parent workshops to provide advice and information to support learning at home
• regular coffee mornings for families to socialise with fellow members of the school community
• fundraising events organised and hosted by our Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

We also welcome parents into school to talk about their work, and to share skills and expertise in their areas of interest (e.g., arts & crafts, cooking, woodwork, gardening etc). If you have anything you can offer, please let us know.
